Salford Red Devils acting head coach Ian Watson has criticised the team for having the 'wrong attitude' during their 70-6 thrashing by Leeds Rhinos.
The Red Devils saw their two-game winning run in Super League come to an end last night as they were hammered at Headingley Carnegie.
Despite suffering such a heavy defeat, Watson is hopeful that Salford can make a quick recovery.
"We had a good week and two good wins beforehand so we didn't see it coming," he is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"We didn't turn up with the right attitude today and we now look for a response and what matters is how we respond, as a coach, as a player and as a club when you have had a tough loss."
Salford have the chance to get back to winning ways on July 26 when they travel to Widnes Vikings in Super League.
