Both sides showed strong defences in the opening 15 minutes, with neither team able to score early in the match.
Kieran Dixon broke the deadlock in the 16th minute to begin a strong spell for Broncos.
Michael Channing, Luke Dorn and Dixon all added tries before the half-time klaxon, putting the visitors 22-0 up at the break.
London could not match their first-half performance after the break, but Chris Bailey was able to add a fifth try for the team.
Wayne Godwin added a late consolation try for Salford, but Dixon was able to complete his hat-trick in the 80th minute before Liam Colbon rounded off the victory with Broncos' seventh try.
