Brive have pulled off an impressive second-half comeback to beat the Bucharest Wolves 20-9 in the European Challenge Cup this evening.
Thomas Laranjeira had put Brive ahead in the sixth minute with a penalty goal but the Wolves responded through Florin Vlaicu, who kicked three successive penalty goals to leave his side 9-3 ahead at half time.
However, that was where the scoring ended for the Wolves, as Brive powered ahead in the second half through Victor Lebas who scored in the 56th minute.
The comeback was then cemented three minutes later when Alfie Mafi grabbed a try of his own, with Laranjeira kicking successful conversions.
