The Rugby Football Union's operation director Rob Andrew has confirmed that he will not be resigning from his position.
In the wake of Martin Johnson's decision to step down as coach of England earlier today, some had called for Andrew to follow suit.
However, when asked whether he would be calling it a day with the RFU, Andrew replied: "I am absolutely not considering resigning."
The 48-year-old also took the time to praise the outgoing Johnson at a press conference this afternoon.
"From the first day Johnno took the job he's worked tirelessly with the coaches to improve the team," he told reporters.
"It has been a pretty tough few weeks but I think that it is important we respect Martin's decision."
Andrew made 71 appearances for England during his playing career.
