Chris Robshaw calls for cool heads

England captain Chis Robshaw believes that his side can beat South Africa if they keep calm and make the right decisions under intense pressure.

England captain Chris Robshaw has declared that his side can beat South Africa at Twickenham today if they maintain their composure at key times.

Stuart Lancaster's team are aiming to rebound from last week's disappointing defeat to Australia by beating the Springboks for the first time in 10 attempts.

Robshaw believes that England can take the positives from their performance against the Aussies and turn them into victory against South Africa.

He told Sky Sports News: "We look back and there's a huge amount of positives to take from that game as well as a couple of weaknesses.

"What South Africa do is they raise the intensity when they get to that final third and that's something we've got to look at. They're very good at clearing their lines. They've got a great kicking game.

"We need to play to our strengths and it's all about playing in the right areas. We've got to keep our composure and when they put balls in behind us, we've got to make sure we cover that up."

England must win at Twickenham to keep alive any chance of earning a top-four seeding for the 2015 World Cup ahead of next month's draw.
