England flanker Tom Wood has admitted that the team will need to be at their best if they are to defeat New Zealand on Saturday.
Stuart Lancaster's side host the All Blacks at Twickenham this weekend, where they ran out 38-12 winners when the teams last met in December 2012.
Wood has said that England will be prepared to face the world champions.
"They've got a wealth of experience there. They've got some incredible players. We are going to have to be at our very best to compete with them," Wood told Sky Sports News.
"We've got nothing but respect for those guys. Some big names out there, but at the end of the day it's just 15 guys on a rugby field.
"It's about how we collectively put pressure on them, force them into bad decision making and hopefully some errors, which will put us on the front foot."
England have beaten Australia and Argentina in their last two games.
