Mike Tindall has said that it was "a relief" to be back playing for England after last week's media storm.
The Gloucester centre was dropped by Martin Johnson for England's win against Georgia after he was seen on CCTV with a mystery woman.
However, Tindall returned to the side for their victory against Romania in their penultimate Rugby World Cup Pool B match.
"Our off-the-field antics are going downwards. Quiet ones from now on," joked Tindall.
"It was a relief to get back on the field. It was nice to just go out and play and get down to business.
"Even though no-one believes it we put it to bed on the Tuesday of two weeks ago. We've just got to get on and play rugby."
England are currently top of Pool B and play their last match against Scotland next Saturday.
