England captain Chris Robshaw has thanked the travelling fans after his side's 13-6 win over Scotland in their opening match of the Six Nations.
Three penalties from Owen Farrell and a second-half Charlie Hodgson try gave England the win in Robshaw's first match as skipper.
"The England fans got behind us and they gave us that inspiraton to dig in in the final 30 minutes," he told BBC Sport. "To get your first win away on the road is special, especially with a lot of new players. I can't speak highly enough of all the guys, it was a great team effort and a very proud day."
England travel to Italy on Saturday for their next match in the tournament.
