Tom Guest scored a 75th-minute winner as Harlequins came from behind to beat Exeter Chiefs 30-29 in their final game at Sandy Park this season.
Rob Baxter's men suffered a heavy 55-12 defeat to Sale Sharks last time out, but there were no signs of a hangover as the Chiefs took a seven-point lead courtesy of a converted try from Dave Lewis on 16 minutes.
The visitors reduced the arrears to two points soon after as Ugo Monye touched down, but three penalties from Gareth Steenson helped the hosts into a 16-5 lead at the break.
Matt Jess crossed over to open up an 18-point lead early in the second half, but Harlequins were once again quick to respond as Nick Evans scored two minutes later before converting his own try.
Two further penalties from Evans, coupled with a try from scrum-half Danny Care, set up a tense finale to the encounter as the advantage was cut to just one point.
However, another penalty from Steenson allowed for some breathing space, only for Guest to touch down and seal victory by a point.
