Gloucester's Luke Narraway has agreed to join Perpignan at the end of the current season.
Narraway has spent his entire career with Gloucester, making 160 appearances since his debut in 2003 against Leeds.
However, the 28-year-old has decided that the time is right for a fresh challenge.
"It will be strange to leave because Gloucester has been my only club, but moving to Perpignan is going to be a tremendous experience both on and off the pitch," Narraway told the club's official site.
"I've obviously still got unfinished business here in a Gloucester shirt, but would like to thank everyone who has helped me to get where I am today.
"I will miss the club. I'll miss Kingsholm and, of course, the amazing supporters. Gloucester's will always be the first result I look out for and I wish them every success in the future."
Narraway was appointed Gloucester captain at the start of this campaign.
