Harlequins secured a 30-23 win over Leicester Tigers in this afternoon's Aviva Premiership final at Twickenham.
Harlequins took an early lead after just two minutes through a penalty from Nick Evans.
Evans was off target with another penalty on seven minutes, missing the chance to double his side's lead.
Harlequins did eventually add to their lead on nine minutes with Tom Williams scoring a try to make it 8-0.
Leicester got themselves onto the scoresheet after 14 minutes through a George Ford penalty.
After 22 minutes, Harlequins increased their lead and it was Evans again who converted the penalty.
Ford missed the chance to bring his side back into the game on 25 minutes, though he made up for it with a successful penalty on 27 minutes.
Steve Mafi brought the scores level on the half-hour mark with a try as the Tigers began to get into the game much more. Ford converted afterwards to give Leicester a 13-11 lead.
Evans scored another penalty two minutes before half time to put Harlequins back in front.
The half-time whistle went with Harlequins leading 14-13.
Harlequins looked the better side as the second half began and Evans increased their lead with a well-placed penalty.
Three minutes later, Evans scored his fifth penalty of the game to make it 20-13.
A Chris Robshaw try on 56 minutes signified the dominance of Harlequins' play in the second half and Evans was on hand with the conversion to make it 27-13.
The Tigers fought that way back into the game on 66 minutes when Anthony Allen scored a try before a conversion from Ford.
Three minutes later, Ford hit his third penalty of the game to make it 30-23.
The final whistle went with the scores at 30-23, confirming a first ever title win in the Aviva Premiership final for Harlequins.
