Leicester Tigers manager Richard Cockerill has insisted that there will be no room for sentiment at Saturday's Aviva Premiership final.
Club captain Geordan Murphy will retire to the coaching staff, prop Martin Castrogiovanni is leaving the club and head coach Matt O'Connor will also depart to join Leinster.
The match against Northampton Saints will see the club bid farewell to several key figures, but Cockerill has said that now is not the time to be emotional.
"For Matt O'Connor, Martin, Geordan and a few others it will be their last appearance from a playing point of view or coaching point of view. But we've just got to focus on the game," Cockerill told Sky Sports News.
"We'll worry about the sentiment about guys leaving afterwards, good or bad.
"So we just have to make sure we get our training right, our attitude right, get the result and then we can talk about how good these guys have been for us afterwards."
Leicester last won the Premiership trophy in 2010.
