Newcastle Falcons centre Adam Powell has signed a new deal with the club until 2017.
The 28-year-old has made 52 appearances for the Falcons since he moved to Kingston Park from Saracens in 2013.
Powell was part of the Newcastle side that gained promotion to the Aviva Premiership in 2012-13.
"I'm happy to have signed for another two years and I'm really enjoying it here at the moment, so I'm glad to stay," he told the club's official website.
"Things have gone to plan so far. We got promoted in the first year, stayed up last year, and we've improved this year. We've still got a lot of improving to do but I believe in this and hopefully we'll keep improving."
Newcastle continue their league campaign on Friday when they host Wasps.
