Wales prop Adam Jones has signed a new deal with Ospreys.
The 30-year-old will remain at the Liberty Stadium until 2014 following speculation that he would leave the region for the Top 14.
"Obviously I'm delighted to have sorted out a new deal, which means that I'll continue playing for my home region for another two years," Jones told the official Ospreys website.
"This is where I always wanted to be next season and now it's all done I just want to get on with the job, which is to help the Ospreys be the best we can be.
"I've been a part of the region for a long time, first at Neath and then with the Ospreys, and although I've done a lot of things, there is still plenty I want to achieve with the Ospreys. I'm still ambitious, as are the Ospreys, and I'm excited about what we could achieve together over the coming seasons."
Jones was part of the original Ospreys setup when the regional system was formed in Wales in 2003.
