Courtney Lawes remains confident that Northampton Saints can pull off an upset when they take on Clermont Auvergne at the Stade Marcel-Michelin this weekend.
The Saints have been in impressive form on the road this season, in a run which includes two victories away from home in the European Rugby Champions Cup.
They come up against a Clermont side who have not lost any of their last 22 games in the competition, however, as both teams battle for a place in the semi-finals of the showpiece cup.
"I think we've got as good a chance as anyone," the England second-row is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "Clermont are a fantastic team and are capable of beating anyone, but so are we. If we go out there and play like we know we can, we've got a good chance of sneaking a win."
Northampton head into the game on the back of a 22-point victory over Wasps last time out.
