Sale Sharks director of rugby Steve Diamond has revealed his delight after his side secured a late draw against London Irish in the Aviva Premiership on Sunday.
Full-back Nick Macleod kicked a last-minute penalty to earn the visitors a 33-33 draw at the Madejski Stadium as well as secure a four-try bonus point.
The stalemate moves Sale six points clear of basement club London Welsh, following their 40-25 defeat to Bath on Saturday.
"I am very happy," Diamond told BBC Sport. "We know London Welsh are a good team and with 10 minutes to go yesterday, they were close to Bath.
"But we can't worry about what other people do, we will try and win every game we have left.
"We have been good at home, we have had a great result getting three points away from home here, and we will take having Gloucester and Wasps in our last two games."
Sale host Gloucester in their next match on Friday, April 12.
