Saracens director of rugby Mark McCall has described his side's Aviva Premiership semi-final defeat to Northampton Saints as a "massive disappointment".
Sarries, who finished the regular season at the top of the table, were stunned 27-13 by the Saints at the Allianz Park on Sunday.
"It is a massive disappointment," McCall told Sky Sports News. "We gave ourselves a mountain to climb at half time. Northampton put us under a lot of pressure especially in that first half and we made a lot mistakes.
"Northampton were very, very good today, extremely physical and their defence was outstanding."
Northampton's reward for beating Saracens is an encounter at Twickenham Stadium against Leicester Tigers on May 25.
