Saracens and Leicester Tigers have drawn nine all in an uneventful match at Wembley.
In a match dominated by missed opportunities, Leicester took a 9-0 lead within half an hour with three Toby Flood penalties.
Flood's England rival Owen Farrell failed to deliver in the early stages, missing a number of kicking opportunities as Leicester went into half time 9-3 up.
In the second half, Saracens bought on the experienced Charlie Hodgson, who managed to impose some control and pulled the game back to nine-a-piece.
Toby Flood wasted an opportunity to regain the lead for Leicester, missing a kick at goal with 11 minutes remaining.
Saracens set Charlie Hodgson up for a drop goal with three minutes remaining but Leicester pressure forced Hodgson to slot wide.
The Saracens appeared to have more to give in the final stages but, in spite of a late Toby Flood drop-goal attempt, the game ended in a 9-9 draw.
