A strong second-half performance has helped Ulster secure a 27-16 win over Montpellier in the Heineken Cup this evening.
The home side scored two tries in the space of three minutes as Robbie Diack and Ruan Pienaar both found the line inside the opening half-hour.
However, a Robins Tchale-Watchou burst made sure that the French side, who cannot progress from the pool stage, were still in contention at the break.
Pienaar added further points with the boot, but it was John Afoa who gave Ulster a comfortable lead, scoring a third try for the Irish side.
The result leaves Ulster with a 100% record in the competition this season, while Montpellier sit third in pool five.
