George North has called for Wales to be focused heading into their Six Nations decider against England.
The reigning champions know that a win by seven points or more at the Millennium Stadium tomorrow should be enough for them to retain the title for another year.
The 20-year-old winger told the Welsh Rugby Union's website: "You can't beat around the fact that it's a big game but as a professional you have to focus and it's about getting ready for Saturday.
"Any player wants to experience the atmosphere, the noise. You can feel it building as soon as you're in the changing room and then you're waiting to go out. As you run out it's a sea of noise, a sea of red and the flames go off. It's quite a good experience!
"You have to pull yourself back and try and relax. That's the way I think about it, otherwise you get too caught up in the emotion and the occasion."
North has scored one try for Wales during this year's Six Nations.
