Head coach Dean Ryan is relishing what the New Year brings for Worcester Warriors despite being without a win in the Aviva Premiership this season.
The Warriors slumped to their 10th consecutive defeat of the campaign on Sunday after losing 12-6 to Gloucester in a tight affair at Kingsholm.
"I'm proud of the effort today. We are getting better, irrespective of who we play," Ryan told reporters. "We've got injuries but nobody is moaning. We're just getting on with it and getting better week to week.
"I'm looking forward to the New Year because we're a different side to what we were eight or nine weeks ago - by a long way. We are a pretty strong group now and we're looking forward to seeing what comes round the corner."
