Birmingham City and Queens Park Rangers have gone in at the break 1-1 at St Andrew's, with Paul Robinson and Matt Phillips scoring for their respective sides.
Phillips skipped into the box before his shot from out wide took a deflection and settled in the far corner of the net.
Centre-half Robinson quickly equalised for City after heading in a Demari Gray free kick, before Tjaronn Chery's free kick was bundled away by Tomasz Kuszczak after it bounced awkwardly in front of him.
Gray threatened in the closing stages of the half but his shots from deep failed to threaten Rob Green.
