AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has said that his side didn't make enough of their opportunities against Calcio Catania, following their 1-1 draw at the Angelo Massimino last night.
The visitors, who were coming off the back of a goalless draw against Barcelona, went in front through Robinho before being pegged back when Nicolas Spolli found the back of the net in the second half.
"The match was slow," Allegri told Sky Sport Italia. "We fluffed balls in attack without constructing enough chances.
"In the second half, Catania gave a good account of themselves. We knew that a tough game awaited us because Catania are a good team. At the moment, however, we have stretched our lead."
Meanwhile, Milan remain five points clear at the top of Serie A, while Juventus have one game in hand.
