AC Milan midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura has described the Premier League as a "fascinating championship".
Bonaventura has spent his entire career in Italy, with the winger spending the last four campaigns with Milan at San Siro.
However, the 28-year-old has suggested that he is eager to see how the Serie A giants match up against English side Arsenal, who they play in the last-16 of the Europa League.
At a press conference, the 28-year-old told reporters: "It's a fascinating championship, very different from ours.
"The tactics are more developed, the competitive ones in there prevail. We can compare tomorrow and we'll see."
Bonaventura has contributed five goals and one assist in 21 league appearances this season.
