Brazilian striker Luiz Adriano has expressed his delight at joining Serie A giants AC Milan.
The 28-year-old completed his move to the Rossoneri earlier this month, after spending the past eight years at Shakhtar Donetsk.
"I'm very happy to be here, and I can't wait to make myself available for the coach," Adriano told reporters.
"I worked with a personal trainer in Brazil, so physically I'm fine. I'm very happy to play for Milan, and I'll give my best for this shirt. Many clubs were interested, but I decided to come to Milan.
"Why? For the club's history, and for what they've done in football. There's also a great tradition of Brazilian players here, so I'm happy."
Adriano, who has won four caps for Brazil, scored nine goals in last season's Champions League.
