Anderlecht striker Dieumerci Mbokani has put a host of European clubs on red alert by revealing that he will leave Belgium at the end of the season.
The 27-year-old, who has scored 17 goals in 19 games this season, has claimed that lack of protection from referees is the main motive behind his decision.
"I am very upset with those referees in the league, their role is to protect players who are here to give joy to fans not to let them be attacked by other players on the field," Mbokani told Sky Sports News.
"Yes I know I score goals but to be attacked this way, it is not good. I want to leave and go to a country where they protect strikers."
The striker has one year remaining on his current contract.
