Arsenal goalscorer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain believes that the 2-1 win against Liverpool in the FA Cup is an important "confidence boost" before the Champions League last-16 match against Bayern Munich.
The Gunners play the holders in the first leg at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday in what Oxlade-Chamberlain calls a "massive game".
"Especially after the result away, we knew we had to turn it around and put in a display," Oxlade-Chamberlain told BBC Sport.
"My goal got us off to a good start. We did well to keep it together and hold on. We have got a massive game (against Bayern Munich) on Wednesday and this win is a confidence boost."
Arsenal were thrashed 5-1 by Liverpool in a recent Premier League match.
