Sports Mole rounds up Barcelona's injury and suspension news ahead of their Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain.

Barcelona will be bidding to book their spot in the semi-finals of the Champions League when they welcome Paris Saint-Germain to Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys for the second leg of their quarter-final on Tuesday.

The Catalan outfit beat PSG 3-2 in the first leg in Paris last week, so Xavi's side will have a lead to protect in the return fixture on home soil.

Barcelona will enter the match off the back of a 1-0 win over Cadiz in La Liga on Saturday, and they currently sit second in the table, eight points behind division leaders Real Madrid.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Barcelona's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the contest with PSG, who have not been in action since the first leg of the quarter-final.

Gavi

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Gavi sustained an ACL injury while representing Spain towards the end of last year, and the midfielder will not be available for selection until the 2024-25 campaign.

Alejandro Balde

Status: Out
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: Unknown

Balde underwent a hamstring operation at the end of January, and the Spain international will also be unavailable for selection until the 2024-25 campaign.

BARCELONA'S SUSPENSION LIST

Andreas Christensen

Status: Out
Possible return date: April 21 (vs. Real Madrid)

Christensen will be suspended for the second leg due to the milestone yellow card that he picked up in the first leg in Paris last week.

Sergi Roberto

Status: Out
Possible return date: April 21 (vs. Real Madrid)

Barcelona will also be missing Roberto on Tuesday evening, as the midfielder was booked during the first leg of the quarter-final.
