Barcelona midfielder Xavi has admitted that they "lacked intensity" in Tuesday's 1-1 draw with AC Milan in the Champions League.
Lionel Messi cancelled out Robinho's eighth-minute opening goal, and the Spain international said that they paid for a sluggish start to the game.
"We were bad in the first few minutes, we lacked intensity," Xavi told reporters.
"After that I thought we dominated and created some good chances.
"We just couldn't finish them off though."
Meanwhile, Barca coach Gerardo Martino felt that his side deserved to win.
