Only Gerard Pique retains his place in the side, with the centre-back being withdrawn before the hour mark having been given game time due to being suspended for the match against Valencia last weekend.
Celta make the trip to the league leaders sitting in ninth place, but the visitors must deal with the suspension of Jony for this match.
However, Sergio Gomez is able to take his place in the defence, while former Liverpool forward Iago Aspas will be hoping to add to his seven goals for the season in attack.
