Bayer Leverkusen have claimed a spot in next season's Champions League with a 2-1 win against Werder Bremen at the BayArena.
The visitors opened the scoring in the 21st minute through Theodor Gebre Selassie, who was picked out in the box by Aaron Hunt before firing past Bernd Leno.
In the 34th minute Eren Derdiyok equalised for the hosts when he met Emre Can's cross before flicking a header into the far corner of the net.
After the break, the home side took the lead when Son Heung-Min headed in after Derdiyok's effort had hit the bar.
Son came close to scoring a third late on for Bayer, but his shot was tipped onto the post by Raphael Wolf.
The result means that Leverkusen finish the season fourth in the Bundesliga table and will enter the playoff round of the Champions League next season.
