Bayern Munich attacker Thomas Muller has conceded that he was nervous as he stepped up to take a 90th-minute penalty against Augsburg yesterday afternoon.
The score was locked at one goal apiece when Markus Feulner brought down Douglas Costa inside the penalty area in the final minute, which presented Muller with the opportunity to win the match for the Bavarians.
The Germany international converted his chance from 12 yards to secure a 2-1 victory, but he admitted after the final whistle that he had felt "a few butterflies".
"The penalty was a pressure situation for me. Even an experienced player like me gets a few butterflies when it's a 90th-minute penalty to win it 2-1," he told the club's official website.
Muller, 26, has now scored six goals in four Bundesliga outings this term.
