Henning Berg has reportedly been successful in his case to prove that he was unfairly dismissed by Blackburn Rovers.
The 43-year-old took the Championship club to court after he was sacked towards the end of December following his appointment on November 1.
The court has agreed with Berg over a case involving £2.25m of unpaid wages, according to Sky Sports News.
Blackburn, who have described themselves as a club "out of control", have had four different managers over the course of the season, with caretaker boss Gary Bowyer currently in charge until the end of the campaign.
