Bolton Wanderers are reportedly prepared to submit a £9m offer to Blackburn Rovers for Jordan Rhodes.
The 23-year-old arrived at Ewood Park last summer from Huddersfield Town for £8m and Rovers manager Gary Bowyer recently attempted to quell speculation by insisting that the striker is not for sale.
However, Bolton boss Dougie Freedman feels that Blackburn may consider parting with the Scottish international if the deal makes them a profit, according to The People.
Rhodes scored 28 goals in 48 appearances in all competitions last season.
