Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Marco Reus have guided Borussia Dortmund to a commanding 2-0 lead over SC Paderborn at the halfway stage of their Bundesliga clash.
Dortmund needed just 13 minutes to break the deadlock, with Erik Durm providing the inch-perfect cross from the left for Aubameyang, who had the easy task of tapping the ball in from close range.
Aubameyang should have doubled his tally later in the first half, but he could only fire wide of the target after being picked out by Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Mkhitaryan then appeared to make it 2-0 with an emphatic finish from inside the box, before the offside flag cut short any celebrations from the visitors.
Paderborn struggled to cause problems for the Dortmund defence, but Suleyman Koc did come close to levelling the scores with a looping header which needed clearing off the line by Matthias Ginter.
Dortmund edged another step closer to victory in the first minute of stoppage time when Aubameyang released Reus, who timed his run perfectly before slotting in his side's second of the match.
