Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud has insisted that he wants to keep improving following his rise to prominence at the Bundesliga outfit.
The 19-year-old creative man recently produced a standout display against Eintracht Frankfurt, while also being crowned the club's player of the month for September, but the Syrian-born midfielder is adamant that he will not be resting on his laurels.
"I'm not taking my foot off the pedal and thinking I'm now a first-team regular," said the youngster, according to the official Bundesliga website.
"I prepare myself with the mindset that things will get harder, and if they do, I'll fight my way through it again."
Gladbach currently hold 11th spot in the league standings after nine games played.
