Christoph Kramer scored a last-gasp leveller as Borussia Monchengladbach rescued a point in their opening fixture of the Bundesliga season against Stuttgart.
Neither side looked particularly threatening in the first half, with Monchengladbach having more shots but largely restricted to shooting from distance.
The opening goal came six minutes after the interval when Alexandru Maxim slotted home from close range for the visitors.
Granit Xhaka was the hosts' main threat, but it looked as if his efforts would be in vein as Stuttgart edged closer to victory.
They would be denied in the final minute of normal time when Kramer drilled low into the corner.
Stuttgart are now undefeated in nine matches away at Monchengladbach, but still haven't won away in the league since November last year.
