Sports Mole previews Saturday's FA Cup quarter-final clash between Bradford City and Reading at Valley Parade.

Bradford City's FA Cup heroics could continue this weekend when they take on Championship side Reading in the quarter-finals on Saturday.

Phil Parkinson's side have been the surprise package of the tournament having upset Premier League giants Chelsea with a 4-2 triumph at Stamford Bridge.

The League One side continued to upset the odds with a 2-0 win over Sunderland, which sealed their place in the final eight, and now a semi-final spot at Wembley is at stake.

Bradford have won just three out of their last 10 league games and have scored 11 goals in that time, but in the FA Cup, they have been particularly prolific having found the back of the net 19 times in their six fixtures.

Reading will be wary of Bradford's form in cup competitions following their recent triumphs and their journey to the League Cup final two years ago, and Steve Clarke's side have struggled to put on a consistent string of results in the Championship.

On Tuesday, the Royals secured a 1-1 draw with Bolton Wanderers, but prior to that they lost two league fixtures by 3-0 scorelines.

In the FA Cup, Reading grabbed wins over Championship sides Huddersfield Town, Cardiff City and Derby County to book their place in the quarter-finals, so facing lower-league opposition will make them favourites for the tie.

Filipe Morais could make his return to the Bradford lineup at Valley Parade having missed the last three games, while Jon Stead and James Hanson could lead the line.

For Reading, Jamie Mackie is likely to start up front, while Pavel Pogrebnyak is expected to provide attacking threat just behind.
