Burnley manager Sean Dyche has insisted that he is not concerned about throwing Joe Hart straight into his starting lineup for this evening's Europa League tie against Istanbul Basaksehir.
The 31-year-old joined the Clarets from Manchester City in a cut-price £3.5m deal earlier this week and is part of their squad for the third-round qualifying clash in Turkey.
Dyche has had to contend with injury layoffs for goalkeepers Nick Pope and Tom Heaton, while last season's leading goalscorer Chris Wood has also been left behind due to an infection.
Speaking ahead of the first leg, Dyche hinted that Hart and fellow newbie Ben Gibson are in line for an instant debut.
"We're a little bit limited and we'll have a few decisions to make," he told reporters. "Chris has an infection from a bite that has caused a reaction, so we're down to 17 players. But Joe and Ben have travelled for a reason - to be included, if needed."
Matej Vydra is also part of Burnley's travelling party, despite joining from Derby County less than 48 hours ago.
