Michael Kightly has said that the chance to play under Sean Dyche was a big influence on his decision to join Burnley.
The 27-year-old Stoke City winger completed a season-long loan switch to the Championship side on Tuesday.
Kightly, who previously worked with Dyche while on loan at Watford two years ago, has said that he could not turn down the opportunity to do so again.
"I know what I'm getting from them, and his man-management more importantly is probably the best I've played under," Clubcall.com quotes Kightly as saying.
"I've played under a few managers who've had different styles. I like the way this manager works. "From what I saw in my three months at Watford he's a very good manager.
"I felt like he knew how to get the best out of me. To be honest that was the main reason why I wanted to come here."
Kightly had failed to make an appearance for Stoke this season.
