Eyong Enoh believes that Samuel Eto'o can inspire Cameroon to victory in their opening World Cup match against Mexico.
The two teams meet in Natal later today and Enoh has claimed that his nation's captain has the experience that could earn them three vital points in Group A.
"I think everybody knows Eto'o and his abilities," he told reporters.
"He is our captain, our leader, he has a lot of experience and we hope he is in his best shape to lead us to victory.
"We know the Mexican team well, we worked a lot with the staff, but we are going to focus on our strengths and we are ready for tomorrow's game."
Eto'o is Cameroon's all-time top scorer, having scored 56 goals in 117 appearances.
