Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has criticised his team's "ridiculous" defensive play after they lost 3-1 away at Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
An early strike by Ezequiel Lavezzi, an own goal by Blues player David Luiz and a late finish by substitute Javier Pastore left the West London outfit with a mountain to climb ahead of the second leg, despite Eden Hazard's penalty giving Chelsea an away goal.
Mourinho told Sky Sports News after the game: "We played against a great team full of good players, especially the attacking players, they're fantastic.
"You would expect them to score fantastic goals, not the goals they've scored... the way [Chelsea] was positioned defensively was not correct.
"Gary [Cahill] used that word for me... Ridiculous!"
The teams meet again at Stamford Bridge next week for the chance to play in the Champions League semi-finals.
