Having represented Senegal at the Africa Cup of Nations, Jackson returned to the Blues squad for the 4-2 defeat versus Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday, being introduced as a second-half substitute.
However, the forward is included by Mauricio Pochettino for the game in the West Midlands in what is one of three changes made by the Argentine.
