It has been confirmed that Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy has tested positive for COVID-19.
The 29-year-old is currently away with Senegal for the Africa Cup Of Nations, but he will now have to miss their opening game against Zimbabwe.
Kalidou Koulibaly and Famara Diedhiou have also returned positive results, and they can now only feature in Monday's game if any follow-up testing process the original was a false positive.
There has also been some concern regarding Sadio Mane, because he travelled to the tournament with Mendy on a plane following the Premier League fixture between Chelsea and Liverpool.
Mendy is the number one goalkeeper for Senegal, but there will have to be some changes for at least the opening match, and he will need a negative result to return to the team.
Meanwhile, Chelsea were able to progress into the fourth round of the FA Cup without their regular shot-stopper, as the Blues defeated Chesterfield 5-1.
