Mike Magee scored his 10th goal in 12 games to earn Chicago Fire a point at Houston Dynamo in the MLS.
The 28-year-old forward cancelled out Cameron Weaver's opener as Chicago played out their first draw in nine matches.
Weaver broke the deadlock on 61 minutes with a close-range finish following Brad Davis's cross.
Magee levelled the scores two minutes later with an equally simple tap-in that was assisted by Patrick Nyarko.
