Chile manager Jorge Sampaoli has claimed that there is more to come from his side after they started their World Cup campaign by beating Australia 3-1.
Despite controlling the match for long periods in Cuiaba, Sampaoli believes that they will need to keep improving as they look to qualify from Group B.
"In short tournaments, you have to make decisions. Fortunately, we can count on the enthusiasm of the players and the fans. The support of the people helped to lift the team," the 54-year-old told reporters.
"But to take on our other rivals, we must make our matches more complete.
"There are things that we can do better, this isn't us at our best. The players gave their all for the shirt and were very professional."
Chile meet Spain in their second fixture on Wednesday night.
