Fiorentina manager Paulo Sousa has said that his side are focused on claiming all three points from their Serie A clash with Roma this evening.
The Viola have enjoyed an impressive start to the season and are currently top of the table, having won six of their opening eight league matches.
However, Roma are just a single point behind behind them, and Sousa is wary of the attacking threat that Rudi Garcia's players can pose his team.
"The Giallorossi have a squad that allows them to compete for the Scudetto, as they reinforced a great deal over the summer," Sousa told reporters.
"Their attack is much stronger than their defence, which reinforces my own personal style of football. We want to hurt Roma with our possession.
"I want an ambitious Fiorentina side that only wants the victory. A victory is worth double, seeing as we are ahead of Roma in the standings. We have a few issues at the moment, but we can fight it out with anyone."
Fiorentina have only won the Serie A title twice, with their last success coming in 1969.
