Mats Hummels is hopeful that he can maintain his "dream" of helping Germany to reach the World Cup final.
The Borussia Dortmund defender headed the winning goal against France to send Die Mannschaft into the semi-finals.
Germany will now face either tournament hosts Brazil or Colombia in the next round, with the South American foes meeting later tonight.
"This is the next dream to have become reality and the next positive moment here in Brazil and I hope it's not the last either," Hummels is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"I hope it's not over now and that we can manage to win again in five days' time."
The 25-year-old is reportedly a target for Premier League side Manchester United.
