Hoffenheim general manager Andreas Muller has hinted that manager Markus Babbel is running out of time.
The former Liverpool defender took the job in the summer, but his team have performed disappointingly so far and languish 16th in the Bundesliga.
Muller believes that there is huge potential within their ranks, but stated that football is a 'results business' and Babbel must turn things around.
"Our squad has potential, but it is vital to use the potential - only then does it become quality. Currently, we don't have that," Sky Sports News.
"We discussed those things with Markus. In the end, the team has to turn things around, but in football you never have any time. You need results. That's a fact."
Hoffenheim were defeated 4-2 away at Nuremberg last night.
