Sone Aluko has said that the Hull City squad is "buzzing" after booking a place in the semi-finals of the FA Cup at Wembley Stadium.
The Tigers beat Sunderland 3-0 in their last-eight match at the weekend, setting up a meeting with Sheffield United.
The striker, who recently returned from an Achilles injury, told the club's website: "The squad is really buzzing. That was a really good result for us on Sunday and we put in a really strong performance. It was an open game for long periods and I thought we got better the longer it went on and controlled it.
"Obviously goals change games and the game was over once we got the second. The atmosphere in the ground was really good and the fans got right behind us. The team really appreciated that.
"It feels good to be back out there, especially with us winning games as well. Obviously I was disappointed to miss the penalty on Sunday, but apart from that I felt I did okay."
Hull's only previous semi-final appearance in the FA Cup came in 1930.
